About the Science Vortex

The Science Vortex was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2019 to provide Verde Valley families, schools, and tourists with fun, interactive exhibits and programs that get children excited about science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM= STEM + Art). The Science Vortex STEAM Center is located in Cottonwood, Arizona, but serves all Verde Valley communities including Sedona, Jerome, Clarkdale, Cornville, and Camp Verde. We aim to foster creativity, problem-solving, perseverance, collaboration, and innovation.
