Cancellation Policy: Cancellations initiated by the customer due to any reason at least ten days prior to the program’s start will entitle you to a full refund minus a $20 per participant cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within ten days of camp unless the participant has an injury or illness, and can provide a note from a medical provider. Any cancellations initiated by Science Vortex due to Covid-19 or any other reason will result in a full refund.
